• Any issues with live deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photos/videos as proof.
• AquariumHub.ae is not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation, water conditions, or care after delivery.

• Live animals are generally non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
