Returns & Refund Policy

At AquariumHub.ae, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which items may be returned or refunded.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery (for eligible products)

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival:

Live fish, corals, plants, and other livestock
• Perishable goods
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Opened, used, or tampered products


3. Live Fish & Livestock Policy

• Live animals are sold with a Live Arrival Guarantee only.
• Any issues with live fish or corals must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by improper acclimation, tank conditions, or care after delivery.
• Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within the eligible return period

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos

  3. Wait for return authorization before sending items back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent
• Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit


6. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


7. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately
• Orders already shipped or prepared for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation
• Live livestock orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun


8. Refused or Failed Deliveries

• Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur additional charges
• Refunds in such cases may exclude shipping and handling fees
